NASU AGEBITASHI

Flash-fried eggplant in a traditional Japanese dashi broth. Delicate, authentic, delicious.

SPICY TUNA CRISPY RICE

Spicy tuna, jalapeno, spicy mayo, and eel sauce on top of crispy rice. One of our most popular items.

SUNOMONO SALAD

Cucumbers pickled in traditional tozasu dressing and garnished with sesame seeds and wakame. Extremely refreshing, a classic.

Super-dry sake, highly recommended for sake lovers. Pairs well with sweet and fatty foods. Excellent for cleansing palate.

DASSAI

Clear, smooth sake with a delicious, crisp finish. Highly recommended for first-time sake drinkers and sake experts alike.

Extremely smooth, subtle sake. Best served cold in a wine glass for full depth of flavor. An award-winning sake that ages like wine.

MEDIUM SUSHI OMAKASE

8 pieces (8 different types of fish) and a handroll. You get either 1 piece of uni or 1 piece of toro. Recommended for the sushi lover.

LARGE SUSHI OMAKASE

12 pieces (12 different types of fish) and a handroll. You get 2 of 3 (uni, wagyu, or toro). Perfect for any special occasion for two.

To enjoy hot sake at home, you can also remove the metal lid off the cup and microwave for two minutes or heat on a stovetop water bath with the lid on for 5-6 minutes.

Yellowtail, jalapenos, ponzu, and Sriracha with spicy tuna inside. Perfect for spicy food lovers.

CEVICHE ROLL

Teriyaki chicken with vegetables and rice. A classic that is great for children, too.

TEMPURA UDON

Japanese-style thick udon noodle in homemade, high-quality dashi broth, with mixed tempura on the side. Cozy and comforting.

This is my favorite place to go for sushi, hands down best sushi ever! They have some of the most plain, yet unique, delicious, dishes bursting with flavor. Don't take my word for it, go check this place out for yourself. They are open for outside dinning and they do have a waiting list, where they can put your name down.

We don't order sushi often. It's a special treat for us. So we hold high expectations and standards when we splurge. What we like here is the freshness and variety to be had from the sushi bar. Always omakase, we are never disappointed by the chef's selection!

The food was amazing in taste, portion, and presentation! Every single course tasted clean and crisp; none of that unpleasant fishiness you get at some sushi spots. Muzen Sushi's portions are VERY generous. I wish I had more photos to prove it but I was too busy enjoying the food!! Would highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!
